The PPF Protection Plan is not insurance. Approved replacement requests include a $200 participation fee. Shipping, install labor, and paint or body work are not included unless APEX approves it in writing.

This Protection Plan provides limited replacement assistance for eligible APEX film affected by qualifying accidental damage, road hazards, environmental exposure, collision-related incidents, and vehicle accident-related film damage during normal vehicle ownership and operation.
This Protection Plan is not insurance, is not a vehicle service contract, and does not provide cash reimbursement, vehicle value protection, liability coverage, or mechanical repair coverage. Coverage is limited solely to the replacement assistance described below.
Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in suspension, denial, or termination of Protection Plan benefits.

Subject to all terms, exclusions, limitations, and approval requirements, the Protection Plan may provide limited replacement assistance for qualifying APEX film affected by:
Coverage applies exclusively to the originally installed APEX film and only to affected film areas. Coverage does not include vehicle repair, paint repair, body work, refinishing, mechanical repair, rental reimbursement, diminished vehicle value, insurance deductibles, towing, or non-film-related damages. All requests remain subject to review and approval by APEX.
Replacement material selection remains subject to product availability at the time of approval.
The Protection Plan does not cover improper installation, installer contamination, stretch marks, trimming damage, installation defects, abuse, neglect, misuse, off-road racing or commercial abuse, improper maintenance, intentional damage, rust, corrosion, OEM paint failure, damage during body shop repairs or third-party modifications, damage unrelated to originally installed APEX film, or fraudulent or misrepresented requests. APEX reserves the sole right to determine eligibility.
Active status requires all subscription payments to remain current. Missed, declined, reversed, canceled, disputed, or overdue payments may result in immediate suspension or termination. If terminated for non-payment, benefits become void unless otherwise approved in writing by APEX. No refunds or prorated reimbursements unless required by applicable law.
