APEX Hassle Free PPF Protection Plan

Optional subscription-based protection program available exclusively at the time of original APEX Paint Protection Film purchase and installation through an authorized APEX dealer.

This Protection Plan provides limited replacement assistance for eligible APEX film affected by qualifying accidental damage, road hazards, environmental exposure, collision-related incidents, and vehicle accident-related film damage during normal vehicle ownership and operation.

This Protection Plan is not insurance, is not a vehicle service contract, and does not provide cash reimbursement, vehicle value protection, liability coverage, or mechanical repair coverage. Coverage is limited solely to the replacement assistance described below.

Eligibility requirements

• Enrollment must occur at the same time as original APEX film purchase and installation
• Customer account must remain active and in good standing
• Protection Plan becomes effective thirty (30) days after installation date

Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in suspension, denial, or termination of Protection Plan benefits.

Plan options

3-Year Protection Plan

• $150 due at enrollment
• $25/month beginning month two
• 36 months total coverage term
• 10% discount when the full 3-year term is prepaid at enrollment

6-Year Protection Plan

• $150 due at enrollment
• $25/month beginning month two
• 72 months total coverage term
• 20% discount when the full 6-year term is prepaid at enrollment

Covered replacement events

Subject to all terms, exclusions, limitations, and approval requirements, the Protection Plan may provide limited replacement assistance for qualifying APEX film affected by:

• Road debris impact, rock chips, gravel abrasion, road rash
• Minor punctures or tears and accidental film damage
• Environmental staining from bug splatter, bird droppings, tree sap, or hard water exposure
• Pressure washer-related edge lifting during normal use
• Minor vandalism affecting installed film
• Collision-related or vehicle accident-related film damage
• Other qualifying incidents as determined solely by APEX

Coverage applies exclusively to the originally installed APEX film and only to affected film areas. Coverage does not include vehicle repair, paint repair, body work, refinishing, mechanical repair, rental reimbursement, diminished vehicle value, insurance deductibles, towing, or non-film-related damages. All requests remain subject to review and approval by APEX.

Replacement limitations

• Up to 100 square feet of replacement film material per approved request
• Up to two (2) approved requests per calendar year
• $200 customer replacement participation fee per approved request
• Shipping costs not included
• Installation labor not included
• Paint correction, body repair, refinishing, recalibration, or additional vehicle services not included

Replacement material selection remains subject to product availability at the time of approval.

Exclusions

The Protection Plan does not cover improper installation, installer contamination, stretch marks, trimming damage, installation defects, abuse, neglect, misuse, off-road racing or commercial abuse, improper maintenance, intentional damage, rust, corrosion, OEM paint failure, damage during body shop repairs or third-party modifications, damage unrelated to originally installed APEX film, or fraudulent or misrepresented requests. APEX reserves the sole right to determine eligibility.

Payment default & termination

Active status requires all subscription payments to remain current. Missed, declined, reversed, canceled, disputed, or overdue payments may result in immediate suspension or termination. If terminated for non-payment, benefits become void unless otherwise approved in writing by APEX. No refunds or prorated reimbursements unless required by applicable law.

• Does not provide cash compensation or reimbursement for consequential losses
• Does not include labor reimbursement unless approved in writing by APEX
• Limited solely to replacement assistance expressly described herein

Replacement request process

To initiate a replacement request, the customer must submit the official replacement request form through the APEX website with:

1. Proof of original APEX film purchase and order number
2. Proof of active Protection Plan enrollment and account status
3. Current photographs of the affected film area
4. Original installation photographs from the time of installation
5. Vehicle information including VIN, make, model, and current mileage
6. Any additional documentation reasonably requested by APEX

Approved replacement material will not be released until the request is approved and applicable participation fees are paid in full. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
